Product Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from the website.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty period for products varies by category, starting from the date of purchase:

Exhaust Systems & Components: Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Air Intake Systems: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Accessories & Hardware: 90-Day Limited Warranty.

2. What Does This Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

3. What Is Not Covered?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Improper Installation: Damage resulting from installation not performed in accordance with provided instructions.
Modification: Any product that has been cut, welded, or modified in any way after leaving our facility outside of the instructions.
Misuse: Damage from racing, off-road use, accidents, or criminal activity.
Environmental Damage: Damage caused by road salt, chemicals, or extreme weather conditions (standard surface discoloration is considered normal for high-heat stainless steel).
Labor Costs: This warranty covers the product only. We are not responsible for damages, labor charges, towing, or shipping costs associated with a warranty claim.
Normal Wear and Tear: Damage caused from use, environment, water, moisture, or chemicals.

4. How to File a Claim

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please provide:

Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original receipt or order number.
Photos/Video: Clear evidence showing the defect or failure.
Description: A brief explanation of the issue and the vehicle it was installed on.

5. Limitation of Liability

The remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
